Help us help you faster
- Write from the email address on your Necory account when it's an account question.
- Say what you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when.
- For reminder or notification issues, mention your phone model and whether the app was open.
- Never include your password or a one-time code — we will never ask for them.
Privacy requests
You can export or delete your data yourself in the app (Settings → Export / Delete Account) — that's the fastest path. For anything the app can't do, email us from your account address and we'll handle it under our Privacy Policy.

Found a vulnerability? Please email the details to the same address with "Security" in the subject. See our Security page.
